En cas de soupçons de hack, vous avez 72h pour le déclaré à vos utilisateurs via un article ou un mail à vos clients.
Une déclaration à la CNIL sera également obligatoire.
RGPD, qu’est ce que c’est ?
La RGPD est une réglementation européenne.
Cette réglementation RGPD oblige toutes les entreprises (pas seulement sur Toulon ou le Var 😉 )à respecter certaines règles.
La RGPD remplace les anciennes règles de la CNIL.
L’objectif de cette réglementation :

- La confidentialité des données
